PSHSR SERVICES
Team Associates Ltd offers our engineering services to our Clients with a professional Pre-Start Health and Safety Review (PSR). The review is to ensure that the equipment, system or process is in compliance with Regulation 851, Section 7 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. The Professional Engineer will perform all the PSR engineering functions as required by the regulation.
SCOPE OF PSR SERVICES
· Understand fully of the equipment operation and associated process
· Collect the required documentation including drawings, specifications, letters from manufacturer and installer, MSDS, field reports of regulatory agencies (ESA, TSSA,etc.)
· Evaluate the system (existing or new) for the need of PSR in according to the guidelines for Pre-Start Health and Safety Review under Regulation 851, Section 7.
· Identify the safety hazards items
· Provide risk assessment and determine the level of safety control requirement
